Special Four-Fight Card For Charity Set After All Eight Fighters Make Weight

Mixed martial arts is set to take center stage at the long-running Fight Night charity event Thursday Night at the Washington Hilton but before the four-bout card could be made official the contestants had to step on the scale before the District of Columbia Boxing and Wrestling Commission. Heavyweight main-eventers Blagoy Ivanov and Caio Alencar both tipped the scales under the 265-pound limit for their heavily anticipated match. Ivanov weighed 262 pounds while Alencar came in at 253.4.
